This Strategic Information Technology for Africa Masterclass is an intensive 4 day designed for Executives or managers who want to understand quickly what Information Technology (IT) can do for their organisation. It will help inform business decisions with participants learning the art of the possible, the commissioning process, and various elements which need to be considered as part of an effective IT strategy. The curriculum covers the strategic choices which lie before forward-looking organisations – developments in corporate computing; agile techniques; common mistakes and challenges; opportunities and risks; and decision frameworks.
